Robert McGee is a Veteran of the United States Army with a strong set of core values and a dedicated work ethic. Robert began his career in media working in his church in the media ministry and because of his belief that God wants us to operate in excellence he felt the need to go to film school first enrolling in Fullsail University and then MediaTech Institute of Dallas. Mr. McGee has been working in the film and mass media industry for 11 years now and has worked on nationally televised shows for Fox Sports, CBS Sports as well as Local News. Mr. McGee has numerous pro bono projects for local small business owners

Dr. K.C Fox is a decorated combat veteran turned veteran media executive (Director, Exec Producer, Writer, and Tech Guru) that’s yielded as one of the nation’s TOP crisis and communications Experts.
Dr Fox holds degrees in journalism, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, nonprofit management, Strategic Management, and Business from Southern University, Harvard University, and University of North Texas. During her time serving her country and observing the country through the lens of the media, K.C identified a vacuum of females, especially minority females, present in leadership across the board. Through her business ventures and philanthropic work her mission is to aggressively create the next generation of female leaders
Jamar “Doc” Montgomery

Dr Jamar (Doc) Montgomery is known as a genius who started college part time at age 10 and then full time by the age of 14 and now at the age of 31; he holds multiple degrees. After receiving his engineering degree at 19 Doc went to work for the U.S Navy and was the youngest weapons systems engineer in Navel & D.o.D history. He then after leaving the navy Doc went back to school where he simultaneously received his Juris Doctorate and MBA(Finance) from Southern University where he would eventually become a political science professor. Doc also served as a Caddo Parish juvenile public defender

Venezuela Williams, a mother, wife, author, human resources professional born and raised in a small country town called Greenwood, LA. She is a highly skilled, accomplished Human Resources Professional with over a decade of experience. Venezuela loves to coach and develop others to their fullest potential. She is the Head of HR in the Dallas district. Her God given gift is to help others nurture their narrative by understanding their worth! She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management from Wiley College. Her most recent accomplishment is moving to the DFW area and being able to lead the team through these unprecedented times. She created a planner that has cultivated conversations in creating legacy moments. Venezuela’s love for having authentic dialogue with women is what aligned her to join the Board of Directors for The Black Mom Collective. She wants to empower Women by navigating educational topics of bringing their whole self to the table. She was recognized as a strong leader who not only meets but exceeds both client and company expectations. Venezuela was nominated as one of the top 40 under 40 in Northwest Louisiana professionals
DeAnn Lax

Mrs Lax is the co-host of Brand New Day with Emily Blue. She graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Media Production from the University of Houston, and in 2004 with a Master of Arts & Sciences degree in Mass Communication from Texas Southern University.
For over 15 years, she has worked in the nonprofit sector, primarily in education. Her God-given passion for writing led her to create theatrical productions and materialized into a published work, A Mother’s Wish, a faith-based book for mothers and sons. In 2018, DeAnn launched the Christian parenting ministry called Rearing Royalty, She is also the co-founder of the Athletic Formula, a 501 c 3, whose mission is to provide parents and youth with resourceful tools that help prepare them for a positive experience in activities fueled by Sports, Academics, and Faith.
